Asset Owners & Originators

Present your asset, project or transaction for review.

For owners and originators of physical assets, club deals or SPVs, and bonds or notes seeking a documented, disciplined pathway to structuring and qualified investor access.

Pathways

Three defined submission pathways.

Physical asset

Fine art, gems, rare whisky, collectible watches, memorabilia and comparable tangible assets suitable for professional custody and a defined participation structure.

Club deal / SPV

A structured transaction organised through a special-purpose vehicle, with clearly documented economics, governance, decision rights and exit mechanics.

Bond / note

A debt instrument with defined issuer, terms, seniority, security package where applicable, and identifiable investor protections.

Process

From initial submission to onboarding.

  1. 01

    Initial submission

You share a concise description of the asset, project or transaction and provide preliminary supporting materials.

  2. 02

    Preliminary eligibility review

Altherum assesses whether the proposal fits our current pipeline, structuring capabilities and investor mandate.

  3. 03

    KYC/AML and authority checks

Identity, ownership and signing authority are verified for the submitting party and any related counterparties.

  4. 04

    Document and expert review

Independent expertise is engaged where relevant to review title, provenance, valuation, technical and legal documentation.

  5. 05

    Legal and economic structuring

Where the proposal advances, Altherum defines the appropriate legal wrapper, custody arrangements and participation economics.

  6. 06

    Decision

A formal decision is communicated at the close of review.

  7. 07

    Onboarding if accepted

Accepted submissions proceed to full documentation, custody set-up and, where applicable, admission to the platform.

Documentation checklist

What to prepare before submission.

The scope of documentation depends on the pathway and the proposal. We will ask for further materials as review progresses.

  • Identity of the submitting party and signing authority
  • Evidence of ownership, title or mandate
  • Description of the asset or transaction, with photographs where relevant
  • Provenance, authenticity and certificates where relevant
  • Valuation and supporting economic data
  • Custody, storage, insurance and environmental information
  • Legal and technical documentation
  • Identified risks, dependencies and known constraints

Important

A rigorous review, on defined terms.

Every submission receives the same disciplined scrutiny. Acceptance, structuring and any resulting rights are set out in the transaction documentation ultimately agreed.
