Privacy Notice.

This notice describes how Altherum processes personal data submitted through this website, including via the enquiry form.

Scope

This notice covers the Altherum website and the enquiry form made available on it. It does not cover any onboarding, contractual or account-based processing that may take place under a separate agreement or platform, which is governed by its own documentation.

Data controller

The data controller is CGPH Asset Management SAS, operating under the brand "Altherum Tokenization", registered office Tour Ariane, 5 Place de la Pyramide, 92800 Puteaux, France — 106 533 920 R.C.S. Nanterre.

Categories of personal data

The categories of data we process depend on what you choose to submit. They typically include: identification data (such as first name, last name), contact details (such as email address, telephone number, country), professional context you choose to share (such as company, role, area of interest, indicative investment profile), and the content of your message. Technical data may be logged for security and reliability purposes.

Purposes

We process personal data in order to review and respond to your enquiry, to route it to the appropriate specialist within Altherum, and — where you specifically request it — to follow up in connection with onboarding to a reserved environment. We may also process data to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations and to protect the security and integrity of the website.

Where you give your consent, we also process technical and usage data for audience measurement, in order to understand how the website is used and to improve its content. This measurement is not used for advertising or cross-site profiling.

Legal bases

Depending on the specific processing activity and jurisdiction, applicable legal bases may include: the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating the website and responding to enquiries in a professional manner, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.

Audience-measurement cookies and the related processing are based exclusively on your consent, which is collected through the cookie banner and can be withdrawn at any time from the Cookies page.

Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be accessed by authorised Altherum personnel and, where relevant, shared with professional advisors and service providers acting on our behalf (for example, hosting, email delivery, security and analytics providers). Where required, we may also disclose data to competent authorities.

The enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. In this context, Google may process technical data relating to your use of the form in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Where you consent to audience measurement, Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google Ireland Limited, acting as our processor. IP addresses are anonymised and Google advertising features, data sharing for advertising and personalisation signals are disabled.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account any applicable legal or regulatory retention obligations. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the data and the context of the processing.

Audience-measurement data is retained for a maximum of 14 months, and your cookie choice is stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which consent is requested again.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, and — where processing is based on consent — withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data-protection authority) or with any other competent supervisory authority.

Contact

For privacy enquiries, please use the contact form and indicate that your request concerns personal data.
